Ordering and Shipping

Ordering from Custom Bases is a quick and simple process.

All you need to do is look through and decide on what range/s you would like, raw MDF, standard edition, or limited edition finishes.

Next selection is what type and size of base, rectangular, round or oval, and then the edge finish. And you’re done.

Don’t see a size, design or finish you are after, then contact us about having a custom base designed and manufactured for you.

We accept payments through Pay Pal.

Don’t have a Pay Pal account, no worries, you can still pay using your credit card through Pay Pal without needing to have an account.

All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post.

After receiving your order and payment, we will send you the tracking and shipping information when dispatched.

For those of you that are local to us, you are welcome to pick up your orders from our factory.

Some orders may require extra shipping charges due to the size and weight of the order. If this affects your order, we will contact immediately and advise you of this.
